As with the sleeved version, the unsleeved Winchester for those that cannot propel themselves is entirely new. Fully fleece lined with taped waterproof seams and in 4 oz breathable PU nylon. This garment elasticates over the footplate and has adjustable drawstring hood of the sleeved version.
Twin zip tabs allow easy access from inside or out. Two cut outs allow this garment to pass over the rear of the wheelchair to prevent water passing between the user's back and the seat. The slits pass over the handles for pushing.
